Quotations are based on the information you provide and, if there is any change in specification, please inform us before collection.

If waste arrives for disposal and is not as described then we will endeavour to dispose of it with as little disruption to your company as possible but we reserve the right to levy additional costs accordingly. Acceptance of quotes, for which we require a purchase order, constitutes your agreement to this term.

Quotes in respect of solvent/flammable related wastes are based wholly and strictly subject to the material’s viscosity being 100% liquid and fully pumpable unless otherwise specified. Any sludges or solids will incur significant surcharges.  Solvent prices are based on the materials being strictly non-halogenated unless otherwise specified.

Since the Hazardous Waste Regulations (England and Wales) 2005 require extensive extra information about waste than previously required, please ensure we have the full and correct details of the waste streams prior to completion of the Duty of Care document and also your Premises Registration Code and S.I.C. code for the consignment note if required.

All drums and packages need to be securely sealed, palletised and made safe for transportation, in accordance with the Road Rail Carriage of Dangerous Goods Classification, Packaging and Labelling Regulations 1996. Total Waste Control Ltd will provide labels at no extra cost.
